What to have ready
When you call, having a few details ready speeds things up enormously:
- Your company name and a contact number.
- What you think is happening (attack, outage, data loss).
- Which systems are affected and whether anything is still working.
- Anything you or your team have done already - including reboots or shutdowns.
Important
