Use the VPN
Always connect through your company VPN before accessing internal systems or files. Public Wi-Fi in cafés, hotels and airports can be intercepted, and a VPN protects your connection end to end.
Protect the device
Laptops and phones taken off-site should be locked, encrypted and patched:
- Lock the screen whenever you step away.
- Keep the operating system and apps up to date.
- Never leave a work device in a car or unattended in public.
Be careful what you share
Screensharing in video calls is a common leak. Close unrelated windows before sharing, and be wary of anyone you did not expect asking for information.
If a device is lost or stolen
Tell us immediately. We can remotely lock or wipe the device and secure your accounts - every minute matters.
