What we protect
Our managed backup service protects files, databases, mailboxes and entire servers and virtual machines - automatically, on a schedule, with no manual steps for your team.
How it stays safe
- Offsite storage: backups are held in secure, geographically separated locations.
- Immutable copies: backup versions cannot be altered, encrypted or deleted - even by an attacker who reaches the network.
- Verified backups: every job is monitored and confirmed. Failures are fixed by us, not discovered at recovery time.
Recovery targets (RTO / RPO)
We agree two numbers with you up front: how quickly you need systems back (RTO) and how much data you can afford to lose (RPO). Our service is designed and tested against those targets.
Tested restores
We run regular, documented restore tests - not just backup jobs - so that when you need a restore, it is a routine operation. On request, we restore individual files, mailboxes, databases or entire systems.

Raise a ticket with the name of the system and roughly when the data was lost, or call the emergency line if it is urgent. We will locate the correct clean restore point and bring your data back.
